Site Management

Where appropriate, the tab headers provide a count of the number of entries in the associated grid.

Details Tab

The Details tab provides the overall naming, location, dates and electricity supplier attributes for a site.

  • Priority Site: Set this if the site is to behave differently in relation to SLAs
  • Product Support: Reserved for use by the Siemens Product Support team. Marks the site as a Product Support site.
  • Electricity Supplier: Set this to override the default customer setting for electricity supplier. Used by Elexon Code report.
  • Switch Regime Code: Set this to override the default customer setting for Switch Regime Code. Used by Elexon Code report.

Sites with Imported Names

Equipment Tab

The Equipment tab provides the means by which equipment can be added/removed/replaced and, optionally, built into a hierarchy.

Scheduled Tab

The Scheduled tab provides the means by which period inpections can be configured to automatically create inspection incidents on a regular basis. Click here for more information on PI schedules.

Documents Tab

Use the Documents tab to add and view Site specific documents. Use Edit Details to add a description and/or Category to a document. Click here for more information on Document Storage.

Condition Tab

The condition tab provides a means by which the overall physical state of the site and its equipment can be tracked over a period of time.

Click here for information on adding site condition from the Mobile App when undertaking Periododic Inspections. Alternatively, use the Add Condition to manually add a new entry.

Remember to click the Save to retain the newly added condition.

Related Incidents Tab

The Related Incidents tab shows all incidents to have ever occurred at the site. Double-click on an incident to view/edit an incident.
