Configuring Incident Notifications

The incident notifications feature can be configured to alert users of incidents passing through their lifecycle. One or more pop-ups appear at the bottom-right of all InView screens.

Click the movie icon to see notifications in action.

Notifications are switched off by default but can be configured using the Notifications tab found under the User Settings menu.

Tick the required notification boxes and select a duration before clicking the Confirm button.

Clearing Notifications

• Duration of zero seconds will require you to click on a notification for it to disaapear.

For non-zero durations

• Wait for the configured duration period for the notification to automatically clear.
• Momentarily hovering over a notification will hold it on the screen and automatically clear when the cursor is moved away from the notification.
