Yunex InView - Automatic Fault Reporting
  • Which systems can provide automatic reporting and how are they connected?
  • Automatic fault reporting to InView can be established with the Yunex products Stratos, UTC, UTC UX, PC SCOOT and RMS. The connection to these systems is normally configured by InView Administrators as part of the initial InView set-up but can be added at a later date if required. The connections use the internet and it is the customer's responsibility to provide internet access to each system.

  • How is automatic fault reporting configured?
  • Once connected, it is up to each customer to decide which fault types are to be part of the automatic transfer. The default is no transfers. The configuration is a system administrator's job, so users need to either email the Product Support Team or alternatively phone the Service Operations Centre (SOC) on 03301 230 607 to submit an incident for changes.
