Yunex InView - Asset Management

Asset Management

Asset management provides three tabs:

Asset Management Menu
  • Site Search to locate a specific site.
  • Sites provides a sites grid tailored to the maintenance of site identification and location attributes.
  • Site Inspections provides a sites grid tailored to the maintenance of site conditions and inspections.
  • Site Search

Use the dropdown box to select from a list of available sites. The display is limited to the first 50 matching entries. Entering text in the box will filter the list. This Dropdown More Entries icon indicates there are more entries than can be displayed by the dropdown box. Refine the filter with additional strings until the icon disappears. Click the movie icon Play Dropdown Selection to view a similar example in the incident creation site dropdown.

    Site Search

Then select the required entry to open the site in a new Silverlight browser tab.

    Site Grid

The Site grid is tailored to the maintenance of site identification and location attributes.
Two new columns show the open incident count and the number of items of equipment on the site indicating its size.
Users with access to more than one customer can use the Customer dropdown filter to limit the sites on view.
The global Site Filter uses the same criteria as the Site Search dropdown. Rather than search column data on display in the grid it searches the normal site search attributes. e.g. Roads, Postcode, Site Ref etc etc.
Use the standard methods to add, remove, arrange or filter columns. Click here for a full explanation.
