InView reports share the same standard Microsoft SQL style for parameters and navigation controls.

Use parameters to filter report data. Either enter dates or select from dropdown filters before clicking on View Report to generate the report. As a rule complete parameters left to right and top to bottom. More space can be provided for the report by hiding the parameters.

Use page controls, search string or mouse scroll wheel to navigate through reports. Adjust the Zoom level to improve readability or accommodate more of the report on small screens. Always use the Print Report button, rather than the browser print facilty, to obtain a correctly rendered report. Use the Export button to save the report in your prefered format.

When using hierarchical reports (i.e. when one report references another report) use the browser back button to return to the original report.
