Yunex InView - FAQ - Service Level Agreements

InView allows an Administrator visibility of the Service Level Agreements - Select this from the Administration -> Service Level Agreements task.

The list of agreements will be shown, the active Service Level Agreement will be highlighted in green. Click an entry to see more detail.

Active and Expired SLAs cannot be modified or deleted.

Admin Service Level Agreeements

Within the detail there is an option (separate tab) to test the SLA by entering times and dates for an imaginary Incident and seeing how the result would be treated.
