InView allows a Customer Administrator to view the assigned Severities - Select Severities from the Administration -> Severities task.
Admin Severities

The addition and removal of severities is an activity performed by InView Administrators. Please email the Product Support Helpdesk or phone 01202 782255 if you wish to modify these.
