Yunex InView - FAQ - Administration of Contractors

InView allows an Administrator control over the list of Contractors - select Contractors from the Administration -> Contractors task.

Admin Contractors

Contractors may be added and deleted using the buttons to the top of the screen. When adding or amending a contractor, fill in as many or as few of the boxes as required. Leave the SAP based field unticked unless this is the known method of this contractor managing Incidents (e.g. Yunex/Siemens). Select the holiday calendar from the drop-down. To accept all changes press the Save button at the bottom of the screen - otherwise press Cancel.
