  • Who should I contact regarding problems logging or following up on an incident?
  • Contact the Service Operations Centre (SOC) for general queries on using InView or logging Traffic incidents. Otherwise contact the appropriate team below.

    • Enforcement Incident and Asset Management Enforcement: Provide details of your problem either by email to the Enforcement Support Desk or alternatively phone them on 01788 544069.

    • EV Incident and Asset Management Electric Vehicle: Provide details of your problem either by email to the Electric Vehicle Support Desk or alternatively phone them on 03301 230 607.

    • Rail Incident and Asset Management Rail: Provide details of your problem either by email to the Rail Automation Support Desk or alternatively phone them on 01530 258321 (for CIS enquiries 01530 258089 (normal working hours only)).

  • Who should I contact if I fail to receive a Contractor Reference number for a recently raised fault?

  • What should I do if I have forgotten my password?
  • Go to the InView login screen, enter your username (Not your email address, unless otherwise used) and click on Forgot Password.
    Request a password reset
    InView will then e-mail you instructions on how to set a new password. This reset must be completed within 30 minutes otherwise you will have to repeat the Forgot Password process?

  • What should I do if I click on 'Forgot Password?' and fail to receive an e-mail?
  • An account becomes locked after 5 failed login attempts or your InView e-mail entry may be incorrect. In this situation either e-mail the Service Operations Centre or alternatively phone them using on 03301 230 607 with your InView username and an explanation of the problem. Your account will then be unlocked and you will be able to proceed with the password reset request described above.

  • How do I change my password?
  • Select the User Settings menu item.

    Enter your current password and a new password twice.

    Passwords must be at least 12 characters in length and contain at least one upper case letter, lower case letter, number and a special character e.g. [#!$%&. Note that pound £ symbol is not permitted.
